Dear Foodies
This foodies website is all for your help and support. Remember this is a lifestyle change and not a diet. However much weight you need to loose, remember YOU CAN DO IT! If you just start tracking what you eat and move, even a five minute walk today is more that you did yesterday. My love of cooking inspired this website, you can make great tasting food and still make it healthy. You can get creative with many recipes by adding vegetables and replacing certain ingredients with healthier alternatives. Everyday is a new day on your journey, I hope I can help you succeed and start the next chapter of your lives.
This website offers a little more detail than the facebook page that began it all. Along with the posting of recipes, I will be writing a blog about various recipes that I tried and my experiences with weight watchers. We will also be featuring different recipes that were posted on the facebook page by you, so keep posting those awesome ideas and you may get posted on the site. This website is constantly a work in progress and we still want to see what the foodies want, so please send suggestions to [email protected] or post them on the facebook page.
